i have not been sleeping well recently. dont know why
am worried about the impact on my mental health
not exercise for a couple days now. maybe i'll do it tomorrow.

when i get depressed or demoralised i feel so fatigued and dont feel like doing anything
of course activity does dispel it, but first i need some incident to lift up my mood so i can get back in action

nowadays, instead of the word depressed, i use the word demoralised
