been reading data science for business

it does give a good overview of methods and explains the rationale

whenever i feel the explanation is not understandable, i will google

truth is, i always fall asleep reading and watching dry content
 have to keep on bring back your focus like meditation.
but as you become familiar and gain more ground you will sleep less

night is wonderful for studying its quiet
been torturing my sleep these days resulting in angry bouts and UTI
had to tone down so now i'm sleeping early
and waking early to catch my focus hours

since my morning workout goal clashes with my study one, i do it later.

notes on procrastination
just do it
planning can be procrastination
structured procrastination can get things done, even though what was done was less important
internal whipmaster feels frustrated when i get stuck and cannot see me moving forward. 

notes on system and routine
its ok to not follow a strict routine
dont try to form more than one habit at a time.
kaizen is gentle and creates less resistance

i dont believe in self torture but i believe in doing what you want to do. and when you feel the time is right you give yourself a little push
